Build a stronger body for golf.
Personal strength and movement coaching to support balance, rotation, control and confidence on the course.
I train the body that plays golf.
Golf places repeated demands on your body. Strength, mobility, balance and movement control can all influence how comfortably and confidently you play. I do not teach golf technique or change your swing. My role is to assess and strengthen the body that plays golf.
This may be right for you if…
- You want to build greater strength, power and confidence on the course.
- You want your physical training to support a more competitive game.
- You want more freedom, control and strength through your rotation.
- You want to improve balance, stability and physical performance.
- You want to keep enjoying golf as you move through midlife and beyond.
What I may assess
- Posture and general alignment.
- Shoulder mobility and thoracic rotation.
- Hip mobility and lower-body strength.
- Core strength, control and stability.
- Balance and single-leg control.
- Glute strength and squat / lunge patterns.
- Side to side strength and mobility differences.
- Rotational range, control and movement quality.
Working safely and within scope
I will take account of osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, previous injuries and other relevant health considerations when planning appropriate movement. If pain, significant movement patterns or another concern suggests that training should pause, I will say so and recommend appropriate medical or specialist support.
This is fitness and physical preparation coaching; not diagnosis, treatment or golf instruction.
